御泥坊母公司用计划以3.37亿收购EviDenS
御泥坊母公司水羊股份于7月17日晚间发布公告宣布,全资子公司与JYJH LIMITED于近日与Kazokou SAS及Orsay 53 SAS等主体达成协议,计划以4450万欧元购买后者合计持有的EviDenS de Beauté 90.05%的股权,并以500万欧元平价购买原股东持有的标的公司年初已宣派但未支付的股利形成的债权,本次交易金额合计4950万欧元约合3.37亿元人民币。
强生Q2营收同比增3%超预期,下调2022年业绩指引
强生公布2022年第二季度业绩。财报显示,强生Q2营收为240.20亿美元,较市场预期超出1.8亿美元,同比增长3%;净利润为48.14亿美元,同比下降23.3%;摊薄后每股收益为1.80美元,上年同期为2.35美元。展望未来,强生预计2022年销售额(不包括新冠疫苗收入)为933亿-943亿美元,此前预期为948亿-958亿美元。

谷歌将允许欧洲非游戏应用使用自有计费系统,服务费降至12%
据报道,谷歌宣布,从周二起,Google Play应用商店中“非游戏应用”的开发者可以提供第三方支付选项,同时服务费也从当前的15%将至12%。此举旨在遵守欧盟的新法规。谷歌同时指出,此次调低服务费仅适用于欧洲市场。另外,游戏应用开发者将来也可以提供第三方支付选项。此举表明,谷歌已经调整策略,现在更愿意向监管部门做出一些让步,而不是与其展开漫长而分散注意力的对抗。
亚马逊起诉1万多个Facebook群组管理员:专业从事虚假评论

Sensor Tower商店情报数据显示,2022年6月腾讯《王者荣耀》在全球 App Store 和 Google Play 吸金2.38亿美元,蝉联全球手游畅销榜冠军。来自中国iOS市场的收入占95%,海外市场收入占比为5%。米哈游《原神》移动端以1.54亿美元的收入位列榜单第2名,比2021年6月增长58.5%。其中,44%的收入来自其中国iOS市场,日本市场的收入占25.5%。榜单前五另外三款游戏为腾讯《PUBG Mobile》、Niantic《Pokémon GO》和King《Candy Crush Saga》。

近日,AppGrowing发布了《2022上半年移动广告流量观察白皮书》,纵观2022上半年移动流量大盘,对2022上半年移动广告买量市场波动、趋势进行深度解读。
通过数据发现:
1、相比去年同期,2022上半年工具行业投放力度减弱,文化娱乐、社交婚恋行业投放力度明显增强。
2、手游行业Q1期间整体呈现疲软态势,4月经历版号重启后,短时间迎来了买量小爆发,在Q2期间买量出现小幅增长。
3、综合电商成为Q1买量黑马,自2021下半年起,游戏、教育广告主投放低迷,空出不少流量转移为电商的重定向广告。
4、购物、社交、娱乐类App长期保持高强度投放,三者占据将近70%移动广告投放数,工具类在数量上占据绝对优势。
5、在投应用六成以上是游戏,游戏广告占比却只占20%,游戏广告主更需要通过买量实现用户增长。

Apple Inc. plans to slow hiring and spending growth next year in some divisions to cope with a potential economic downturn, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
The decision stems from a move to be more careful during uncertain times, though it isn’t a companywide policy, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the deliberations are private. The changes won’t affect all teams, and Apple is still planning an aggressive product launch schedule in 2023 that includes a mixed-reality headset, its first major new category since 2015.
Still, the more cautious tone is notable for Apple, a company that has generally beat Wall Street predictions during the COVID-19 pandemic and has weathered past economic turmoil better than many peers.
Apple shares fell as much as 2% to $147.20 after Bloomberg reported on the slowdown. The stock has dropped about 17% so far this year, on par with the broader market. Shares of other tech companies also declined on the news Monday.

Multi-touch attribution is reaching an inflection point (finally).
The majority of large advertisers (53%) now say they use MTA to track and optimize their spending across channels, according to new research from marketing trade org MMA Global, released on Monday.
That’s the highest peak since the MMA, which represents more than 800 marketers, mar tech companies and publishers, started tracking MTA adoption in 2016.
On the fast track
But why now? MTA has been around for years.
The pandemic could have had something to do with it, said Brad Feinberg, North America VP of media and consumer engagement at Molson Coors, which began experimenting with MTA around five years ago and now has a fairly robust MTA-based system in place through a partnership with IRI.
Looking at past performance to inform future decisions isn’t helpful when the world has changed and historical reference points no longer apply, said Feinberg, who also chairs the MMA’s media and data board.
But even without an event as disruptive as the pandemic, the world of media in general changes so rapidly now that historical models based on long-term behaviors “aren’t accurate enough” to make predictions, he said.
