美国跨国服饰公司威富集团宣布收购美国街头服饰品牌Supreme,媒体报道称交易金额将超过21亿美元,预计2020自然年末完成。Supreme现有投资者凯雷集团和纽约私募股权公司Goode Partners将出售所持股份。威富集团称,在满足某些交易完成的里程碑后,还将额外支付最高3亿美元的款项。

 

伊利申请“牛YEAR”、“嗨皮牛夜”商标

 

天眼查App商标信息显示,近日,内蒙古伊利实业集团股份有限公司申请多条“牛YEAR”、“嗨皮牛夜”商标,国际分类涉及方便食品、食品、医药、啤酒饮料等,状态为商标申请中。

设计师运动服品牌“MAIA ACTIVE玛娅”宣布完成由华创资本投资的B轮融资,融资金额近亿元。本轮融资后, MAIA ACTIVE将加强产品研发投入力度,启动MAIA-Lab™运动服研发实验室,进一步在一二线城市开拓线下店,深化“专为亚洲女性设计”的运动服品牌定位。

 

小霸王被申请破产,其关联公司已成“老赖”

 

天眼查App显示,近日,小霸王文化发展有限公司被申请破产重整,案号为(2020)粤20破申131号,申请人为殷小云。同时,法定代表人冯宝伦已有数十条限制消费令。11月6日,小霸王文化发展有限公司被中山市第一人民法院两次列为被执行人,执行标的超23万。目前,小霸王文化发展有限公司还被列为失信被执行人,即“老赖”。

苏宁超级买手直播间即将开启,迎来三场明星直播

 

11月9日-11日,苏宁超级买手直播间在苏宁易购、抖音直播、淘宝直播同步开启,迎来欧豪、王祖蓝&张萌、贾乃亮&张艺兴三场直播。新抖数据显示,10月30日至11月5日,超级买手直播间以2.4246亿销售额暂列抖音直播总榜第一。据苏宁易购双十一悟空榜,截至11月9日12时,直播中热卖的Apple手机依旧占据手机品牌销售额榜单第一名,但在品牌销量榜单中却被小米反超,目前位列第二;品牌加购人数榜单中,华为稳居第一位。

 

苹果2020财年印度业务大幅反弹,净利暴增253%

 

市场研究公司Tofler提交的数据显示,苹果2020财年在印度的运营收入为1362.3亿印度卢比(约合18.4亿美元),比2019财年高出29%。该公司净利润跃升至92.63亿印度卢比(约合1.25亿美元),较上年增长253%。

 

快手递交招股书:2020年上半年电商GMV1096亿

 

11月6日晚间,快手正式向香港联交所递交招股申请。据招股书显示,快手2019年全年营收391亿元人民币,截至2020年6月30日止六个月营收为253亿元人民币,同比增长48%。同时,今年上半年快手线上营销服务实现收入72亿元,较去年同期增长222.5%。

 

关于营收的高速增长,招股书称主要得益于线上营销收入的大幅增长以及其他业务(包括电商、网络游戏及其他增值服务)的大规模展开。值得注意的是,截至2020年6月30日,快手直播电商业务六个月商品交易总额已经达到1096亿元人民币,按商品交易总额计算,快手已成为全球第二大直播电商平台。

 

阿里巴巴投资的印度杂货电商遭黑客攻击

 

阿里巴巴投资的印度杂货电商平台BigBasket最近遭到黑客攻击,数百万用户的个人敏感信息被窃。美国网络安全研究公司Cyble Inc.最早报告了这一消息,之后得到BigBasket联合创始人兼CEO哈里·梅农的证实。据悉,此次攻击造成数百万用户的敏感信息被盗取,包括电邮ID、手机号码和家庭住址等。这些信息被黑客放到暗网上,开价超过4万美元出售。

传苹果与索尼争相收购播客公司Wondery

 

苹果与索尼皆考虑收购知名播客公司Wondery,若成交将成为播客市场里最大一宗收购交易。媒体预计未来几个月或将会达成结果。消息人士指出,先前Wondery正在寻求3亿至4亿美元的出售报价,该价格已超过当时Spotify买下Ringer及Gimlet Media ,以及Sirius XM收购Stitcher所支付的价格。报道称,虽然Spotify是过去2年来播客市场最积极的买家,但已退出竞争行列。

有赞:2020年前三季度,服务商家的GMV同比增长90%达到723亿元


有赞发布的第三季度财报数据显示,2020年前三季度,有赞营收13.07亿元,同比增长65.4%;有赞服务商家的GMV达到723亿元,同比增长90%;新增付费商家数量为45328家,同比增长22%。

近日,钉钉发布一支双11大促的宣传片,办公应用产品主要消费群体是上班族,钉钉却将场景设置在菜市场,运用rapper向大妈大爷喊话“这些宝贝买得好,儿女下班回家早”,这种反差感和戏剧性本身就为传播赚足了噱头。

 

而且,钉钉还开启自卖自夸模式,将项目协作、客户管理、财务报销、培训学习、人事管理等自家产品卖点和优势,通过一问一答的辩论形式讲述出来,既打造出“宝藏钉钉”的强记忆点,又传递出五折优惠措施。

 

短片一波三折,从一开始的质疑转变到产生兴趣,再到大妈打电话向女儿推荐“钉钉双11”,借助熟人社交抢占用户心智,弱化营销属性,增强目标用户的粘性。

哈根达斯调查发现,41%的澳大利亚人会将它们的食物藏起来,以免被家人或者舍友偷走。对此哈根达斯和澳洲代理商Thinkerbell合作开发了一款“Trojan Peas(特洛伊豌豆袋)”,这是一种创新“防盗”产品,可以帮助把哈根达斯冰淇淋隐藏起来不被他人发现。

BOSS直聘:电商主播岗求职规模较同期翻番,7成主播只跳槽不转行

 

今日,招聘平台BOSS直聘发布了《2020电商主播求职状况调研报告》。本次调研聚焦工作意向为电商主播的求职者,围绕期望求职者的现状进行探究。报告显示,从618到双11期间,电商主播平均招聘月薪为10636元,较去年同期涨幅0.6%。期望从事电商主播岗位的求职者较去年同期增长110.7%。74.1%的电商主播看好直播电商的行业发展前景,针对“未来是否考虑会换行”的问题,他们选择跳槽转岗,但不转行。

 

规上互联网企业业务收入同比增13.7%

 

近日从工信部获悉:今年前三季度,我国互联网和相关服务业发展态势平稳,业务收入和利润总额稳步增长。其中,完成业务收入8956亿元,同比增长13.7%,全行业实现营业利润867.4亿元,同比增长13.6%,增速较上半年提高10.8个百分点。同时,前三季度,全行业完成研发费用497.4亿元,同比增长11.2%,增速较上半年提高0.5个百分点。

 

探探:近四成被访用户双11购物为悦己

 

社交品牌探探针对用户发起双11购物大调查,数据显示39%的用户表示最大的花费是为了取悦自己,并表示在遇到最适合的TA之前,先要成为更好的自己;同时,近七成被调研用户表示夜晚的孤寂感更容易激发购买欲;近四成用户在今年双11的购物中有关于宠物的花费。

 

Sensor Tower:抖音及海外版TikTok 10月吸金超过1.15亿美元

 

Sensor Tower商店情报数据显示,2020年10月抖音及海外版TikTok在全球App Store和Google Play吸金超过1.15亿美元,是去年10月的6.2倍,再次蝉联全球移动应用(非游戏)收入榜冠军。其中,大约86%的收入来自中国版本抖音;美国市场排名第二,贡献了8%的收入;土耳其市场排名第三,占2%。

Inspire Brands'的收购对Dunkin’及其代理商意味着什么?

 

The acquisition of Dunkin’ Brands by Inspire Brands for about $11.3 billion including debt, announced last week, will reshape the restaurant landscape as consolidation continues.

 

The purchase builds on Inspire’s shopping spree—the holding company formerly known as Arby’s Restaurant Group and currently owned by private equity firm Roark Capital has acquired four brands in as many years. In late 2017, the company inked a $2.9 billion deal for Buffalo Wild Wings. A year later, it bought Sonic for $2.3 billion, then in September 2019 it picked up Jimmy John’s for an undisclosed amount (though the sandwich chain was said to have $2.1 billion in sales at the time).

 

Adding Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins will increase Inspire’s systemwide sales to $26 billion from about $14.6 billion and expand its restaurant locations from 11,000 to more than 31,600 around the world.
