•Drafts creative briefs

•Participates in creative briefing and review of advertising concepts

•Prepares timing plans and ensures team’s project delivery to timing

•Develops and distributes Project Books for each production job

•Writes daily production updates and distributes to the client and agency team

•Manages the approval process (agreed presence of key clients at different stages of the creative and production process)

•Ensures client sign off on every stage of production

•Manages financial control of creative projects

•Runs regular internal and external status, review and presentation meetings

•Leads Agency and Brand Team in consumer understanding – collects and distributes agency, client, and third party research/news

•Opens and closes job numbers and controls billing

•Write status and conference reports; organizes meeting facilities/status meetings;

•Ensures distribution of status to all team members

•Ensure receipt of status reports; responsible for project time management

•Reports on and maintains record of new competitive activity

•Monitors category news and drafts regular reports on the findings

•Prepares and follows through on quotations

•Prepares monthly budget control reports – monitors and controls to ensure maximum profitability potential

•Learn to provide critical analysis of each, so that each recommendation provides excellence

•Present and learn to sell Agency’s recommendations logically and effectively

•Learn with AM/AD to fully understand marketing disciplines
