5、阳狮集团宣布北亚区领导人任命


阳狮集团今天宣布正式设立北亚区,该区域架构将覆盖中国大陆、香港、台湾、韩国和日本市场。目前担任阳狮集团亚太区董事合伙人的林真(Jane Lin-Baden)除现有职责外,将接手北亚区管理职责,该任命立即生效。她将继续留在上海,向驻新加坡的阳狮集团亚太、中东及非洲区首席执行官Loris Nold汇报。阳狮集团大中华区、韩国和日本的管理团队将直接向林真汇报。

Z世代是指1995-2010年出生的孩子。目前,全球Z世代有24亿人,占全球人口的32%,其消费能力达到440亿美元。可以用四个词来概括Z世代:思想开明、以行动为导向、独立、联网。Z世代伴随着智能手机和社交媒体长大,因此,他们能够立即识别广告和不真实性。Z世代渴望多样性,包括种族、性别、兴趣和其他方面。用户原创内容、微意见领袖、社交媒体意见领袖和名人都能影响Z世代。


7、耐克、阿迪达斯产品营销涉嫌种族歧视


据外媒报道,耐克正在推出一款美国早期国旗的运动鞋,对此前美国橄榄球联盟足球运动员 Colin Kaepernick认为耐克公司不应出售这种具有攻击性的鞋子。


Colin Kaepernick联系耐克官员说,他和其他人都认为该款鞋子上的“Betsy Ross”国旗暗示过去的奴隶制,因为这13颗星星代表过去13个殖民地。事实上,耐克这款新鞋的设计理念是为庆祝美国国庆节,本来计划在7月4号发布。但事件过后,耐克在给CNBC的一份声明中表示,“耐克已经取消了计划于7月4日发布的Air Max 1 Quick Strike系列,因为它标有旧版美国国旗。”


7月1日,阿迪达斯原计划推广其新阿森纳球队衬衫,但社交媒体在宣传上却出了岔子。


阿迪达斯的产品营销方法是鼓励Twitter用户发布带有#DareToCreate标签的帖子,带有该标签的内容贴会被阿迪达斯帐户的人工智能系统自动回复,其回复的内容包含虚拟阿森纳球衣的照片,这些球衣上印有用户的Twitter账号。但阿迪达斯的英国推特账号却向其80多万的粉丝,发送了反犹太主义信息和其他不合适的诽谤。


主要原因是::带有如“@GasAllJewss”,“@ ManlineMcCann”和“@96wasnotenough”等账号发布#DareToCreate标签的帖子时,阿迪达斯回复的推文照片是后背印有“无辜希特勒”等信息的衬衫。


阿迪达斯的一位发言人在CNBC的一份声明中表示:“Twitter个性化自动回复旨在让激动的球迷可以在新球衣的背面刻上他们的名字,然而滥用这一技术会带来严重的后果。由于Twitter对少数群体回复了攻击性内容,我们立即关闭了这一功能。我们已经与创新提供商Twitter保持联系以确定原因,并确保他们继续监控和立即对暴力内容采取紧急行动。”


此后,这些推文已从阿迪达斯的英国帐户中删除。但这表明了社交媒体帐户自动生成消息可能带来的问题。
